Track Your Order

Where your parcel is, and what to do if the tracking has gone quiet.

Tracking a parcel

  1. 1 Find the dispatch email we sent when your parcel left our studio — it carries the courier name and tracking number.
  2. 2 Enter that number on the courier's own tracking page.
  3. 3 Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.
  4. 4 Signed-in customers can also see every order and its status under Order history in their account.

What each status means

  • Confirmed. Payment succeeded and your order is queued with our studio.
  • Processing. Being quality-checked, pressed and packed. Ready-to-ship pieces take 2 to 4 business days at this stage.
  • Dispatched. Handed to the courier; tracking is live.
  • Out for delivery. With the delivery agent. Keep your phone reachable — an unanswered call is the most common cause of a failed attempt.
  • Delivered. Marked as handed over. If you have not received it, tell us within 48 hours.

If tracking has not updated

Tracking sometimes sits still for a day or two between hubs, particularly during festive season or bad weather. If there has been no movement for more than three business days, send us your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Marked delivered but not received

Check with family, neighbours and building security first — parcels are frequently left with them. If it is genuinely missing, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan and we will open an investigation with the courier.

Need a hand?
